Delivery Methods

Our normal delivery method for accessories will be via Post Office services " Standard Delivery" we will aim to despatch your order within 24 hour of ordering or on the next working day

For systems and generators, we will despatch your order also within 24 hours via a courier service UPS. this service will be on a next day delivery between 9:00-6.30pm

Payment Methods

All goods must be paid for prior to despatch, Payment can be made using credit or debit cards, via our secure site, or by calling us on 0845 603 6630.

Please note that your card will be debited once goods are ordered.

Cancellation rights & returns policy

We have aimed to show the highest quality images of products to give you the best possible reflection of the item your are purchasing. We also offer you an advice service, if you are in doubt which product is more suitable for your need. our product advise line is available from 9:30 until 4:30 pm Monday - Friday. If you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased for any reason, you may return them within 7 working days from receipt of your order. All goods must be returned in their original packaging and in an unused as new condition, We will refund the full cost of the product purchased, however any postage incurred will not be refunded.

Faulty Goods

All products are checked thoroughly prior to despatch to ensure that they are neither damaged or faulty. Damage can sometime occur in transit although every precaution is taken to ensure that products are packed scureley. Should you receive your package in a damaged state it is essential that you contact us within 5 working days to arrange an exchange.
